Task 12 - Time to Relax

My main method of relaxation is yoga. When I need a little more time to myself I start some nature sounds music and do different positions for an hour or however long I need. If I am somewhere other than home or in a place that I cannot do physical relaxation, then I start thinking about calming things, like running water and try to ignore the problem for a few minutes before getting back to solving it.

To relax, I sometimes like to take a walk somewhere comfortable - maybe going by the beach, if possible, so I can enjoy the water. Tasty food and beverages can be relaxing as well, but to finish things off, I'm thinking I could use something like a whirlpool (as found in the prefects' bathroom) to relax, or maybe even a comfortable chair, couch, or bed!

To relax, I usually listen to music and do something that doesn't require much from me, like knitting for instance. Sometimes, I'll put together a puzzle and other times I'll play a game of Solitaire or an easy board game with a sibling. Most often, I'll read a book - something that I've been meaning to read for a while or something that I've been in the middle of and haven't finished yet. If I'm on my computer and need a break, I'll usually just browse YouTube and waste a bit of time there until I feel ready to go back to whatever was stressing me out.

For relax I like do yoga. If bad stress nice long hike help feel better and relax. When hike like look at different plants and animals. Favorite thing on hike is watch animal play and gather food. Also like swim to relax on hot day. Sometime swim in pool or lake. Also relax by ride horse or play with baby farm animal.
