Dear Aunt Bellatrix,

Thank you for sending me the family book of curses for my birthday, I'll be sure to use everyone of them on Granger.

Draco.

Dear Mr. Malfoy,

We regret to inform you that the patent for 'Draco the Dancing Ferret' fell through. Our manufacturer didn't think there would be enough mass appeal to market. Better luck next time, mate. Take heart, though, we still have your Malfoylicious Yellow Bellied Jellies stocked on the shelves. They're selling like hotcakes!

Dear Mr. Flume

I got cockroach carcass in my lollipop that I brought yesterday. Could you refund it? Or at least, you give me 6 galleons as compensation.

Sincerely,
Luna Lovegood

Dear Miss Lovegood,

Several times now I have come across belongings of yours hidden around the castle, do you need a refresher lesson on summoning charms?

P.S. See Mr. Filch for the return of your (seaweed-based?) necklace, various shoes and a beehive hat.

Yours sincerely,

Professor Flitwick.

Filius Flitwick,

I am writing to you out of concern for a student by the name of Luna Lovegood. I understand she is in your House? Please inform her that there are no 'nargles' in Shrinking Potions, nor will there ever be. Splashing the potion out of the cauldron was by no means necessary to 'get rid of the nargles'.

Were I in your position, I would have a stern chat with this young lady and punish her. Alas, I am not, and I leave the matter in your hands.
