May has begun. You sigh, knowing you have a lot coming up for you in the next few weeks. With the end of the year coming close, as the days left in the school year decrease, the stress levels will probably increase. As of now, you already feel overwhelmed by the workload in your classes.

Thankfully, your dear friend Nina can somehow always lift your spirits and she tells you a meteor shower is going to happen the next evening and all of Hogwarts will be able to see it.

“The professors are encouraging us to watch too, actually! But we still have to be back in our common rooms by curfew,” Nina says, groaning.

“That's reasonable,” you reply.

She only shrugs, “Sure.” You chuckle in response. Her enthusiasm was the one quality of hers that always stuck out.

With surely many things to do in the next few weeks, you are grateful to have something to look forward to. You know it’s going to be a fun event, and an unforgettable memory which will make you feel much better as you watch the rare celestial event with your friends and fellow Hogwarts students.

You gazed at the enchanted ceiling of the Great Hall. You imagine the beauty of the celestial bodies shooting down, greeting the Earth as they passed by. The thought filled you with a little more motivation and enthusiasm. You’re starry-eyed - as if the event is already happening.

With a feeling of anticipation, you and Nina walk side by side on the way to your first class of the day, counting the hours until then.
