You continuously stare at the page with the others in the committee and all the information you’ve noted down, all of you calmly suggesting possible meanings and solutions. One moment ago, it was perplexing and confusing, feeling like it was leading nowhere, and then it finally clicked.
Oh.
My.
Gosh.
“I got it!” you exclaim. “It’s an artifact we have to find.”
The committee’s eyes brighten up as they listen to your explanation, their eyes just as bright as the meteor shower which caused all of this, if not brighter. As you finish, it looks like they understand too, and you all cheer, proud of how near you are to cracking this case, finally.
Now, you take action and together, you try to find said artifact.
Task:
Start/continue a storytelling chain about a discovery. This does not necessarily have to be related to the storyline of this activity and could be something completely different! Let your creativity flow and do with ‘discovery’ what you will, whether that discovery be a tangible item or a non-material thing. The first reply may start the story, and the following replies will continue what the previous person wrote. Write at least 75 words per reply. Only one post is required to receive the full number of beans, but if you would like, you are free to post more than once. Please do not post twice or more in a row and wait for someone else’s reply before posting again.
Alternatively, have you ever experienced a time where you were confused or didn’t know something for a while, and then it suddenly clicked and what you were looking for came to you itself? Talk about it in at least 125 words. If you choose to do this alternative task, kindly send your answer in a Private Message to Katherine Laurier with the title “Week Three - Task 09. - “On The Move””.
