Week Two - The Werewolf

I have always been fascinated with werewolves though I was a bit scared of them when I was younger. Growing up, I was scared of dogs and there was this Halloween incident with a man in a werewolf costume scaring the life out of me and I ended up losing all of my candy as I fell over a hill.

Anyway, for this challenge, we have a werewolf Cryptogram.
