Week Two: Task #8 - “Protections”

"Welcome everyone! As you know that the Forest is full of creatures and as your professors, we're to teach you how to defend against them. First rule is always try and get away! But in case that's not possible, I want to make sure you all know exactly what you'll need against certain creatures." The organizer hands out sheets of parchment and a quill. "Yes, yes I know. You all weren't expecting a quiz but it is a good way to retain information you may need later in life!"

Task
For this task, you’re to answer the following questions about how one would protect yourself in the Forbidden Forest if necessary!

1) What spell is used to repel Acromantulas?

2) If one were to come across a Red Cap, what potion would be effective against it?

3) Blast-ended Skrewts were in the Maze during the Triwizard Tournament and released into the Forest afterwards. How did Harry defeat the one he came across?

4) What is the etiquette for dealing with a Hippogriff to stop it from becoming hostile with you?

5) How would you defeat a Manticore in a fight?
